Odd Investment Group was founded in July 2026 by Mohamed Yusuf and Michael Jackson as a partnership of members who pool their capital and their conviction. Every investment is approved by the Partners, recorded in the books, and held to a single standard of stewardship.
The Partnership exists to invest in approved ventures, support the company the Partners are establishing together, and keep every account open to the people who own it. Nothing hidden, nothing rushed.

Every dollar entrusted to the Partnership is invested with discipline and recorded in the open books. Each investment is approved by the Partners, held to a single standard of stewardship, and measured on a horizon of generations, not quarters.
Build the Ventures.
We don't just fund companies — we build them. Every venture under the OIG name is established, owned, and guided by the Partners, from first contribution to lasting enterprise.
Educate the Members.
Wealth kept is wealth understood. We teach every Partner the principles behind each decision — integrity, discipline, patience — so conviction is shared, never borrowed.
Serve the Community.
Returns mean little if the community around us doesn't rise too. Our ventures give back — discounted rides, donated time, protected neighbors — because stewardship doesn't stop at the balance sheet.

A transportation and delivery company headquartered in Eagle Grove, Iowa, serving North Central Iowa seven days a week. Founded and led by Michael Jackson, WOT brings the human element back to transportation — built on relationships, not transactions.

A partnership governed by its own charter.
The Charter is the Partnership's governing document. It sets how Partners are admitted -- by invitation of the existing membership -- how investments are proposed and approved, and how every decision is recorded in the minutes.
The books are open to every Partner at all times. Nothing hidden, nothing rushed. Amendments to the Charter require the approval of the Partners.
Membership
New Partners join by invitation, extended when the existing membership unanimously welcomes them into the Partnership.
Contributions
Each Partner makes monthly contributions to the Partnership, credited to their own capital account.
Shared Returns
Net profits and losses flow to the Partners in proportion to the value of their capital accounts.
Governance
The Partnership is governed by its charter. Decisions are made by the Partners and documented in the official minutes.
Stewardship
Partnership funds, name, and credit are used only for approved Partnership purposes, and non-public Partnership information stays confidential.
Open Books
Complete books of account are kept and open to every Partner, with a full accounting delivered at the Annual Meeting.

The Collective Learning Center
The Collective Learning Center is the intake point of the Odd Investment Group house. Start with the information here; when you are ready to build — as a new company partner, or with a company built from scratch — the real work happens through The Collective Learning Center: training, initiation, information gathering, and brainstorming.
